Description[]

Lagoon is an adolescent Oceanic Seasong. Oceanic Seasongs have the ability to shoot both fire and water. She is deep blue  in colour and has light blue near her wings. She loves Scorch and Oakwise more than anything and will stop at nothing to protect them.

Lagoon has a very strong personality. She's happy and generous but loves to pick on Scorch despite loving him so much. When anyone is down she will sing her songs to sooth them, like what she does with Scorch when he has nightmares. Lagoon's dream is to see the sea and the surface world. Her songs almost always include the ocean and she is curious about the large blue patch of water. Oakwise tells Lagoon that the seas and beaches are beautiful, the water is rich in sealife and sparkles like a blue sapphire. Lagoon aches to see it for herself, but she cannot leave the Hidden world.

Family/Friends[]

Lagoon's mother(Cascade)met Lagoon's father (Seaseer)during fishing. Cascade was one of the most pretty Oceanic Seasongs in her community, with a passion for beautiful songs. He immediately fell in love and asked her to be his mate. At first, Cascade's mother was not tempted. She believed that Seaseer would not benefit her. But Seaseer then started singing. Oh how beautiful his tunes were! Cascade changed her mind. She told Seaseer to meet her near a lagoon to sing with her infront of her peers, if Seaseer got more appreciation from the crowd, Cascade will agree to be his mate. Seaseer agreed. On the day of the competition, Cascade and Seaseers' symphonys collided and mixed. Together, they sang the most beautiful song, a combination of both dragon's songs. It was declared a tie, but Cascade agreed to be with Seaseer. And that is where Lagoon got her name and song from.

The couple had an egg, and when it hatched they named her Lagoon, after the place they had sang. Unfortunately at this time the war was waging and Seaseer was caught in a net and slaughtered by the humans. But Cascade never knew what happened. Later on, Cascade met Oakwise and quickly became good friends. Cascade taught Oakwise her song but, she also faced a horrible death. Blood worms, a type of parasite often found in fish invaded her digestive track. The blood worms cause internal bleeding. In her last breath, Cascade told Oakwise to take good care of Lagoon and that she's sorry she couldn't stay with her anymore. Cascade then closed her eyes and stopped breathing. Her song has taken her to heaven.
